Manning Park
Two weekends ago was my friends' church group's annual ski trip to Manning Park. I always try to tag along. I took my snowboard and when I wasn't getting stuck, I had a great time in the powder between the trees at the top of one run. There are only 2 chair lifts there, but they provide access to a lot of terrain. I stuck to the blue runs (green runs are horrid access roads), but blacks are not too terribly steep.

After skiing, we made good use of the hot tub, sauna and steam rooms. Forgoing pinpong, I chose to go skating in the outdoor rink, and got talked into playing some hockey. Man, it was fun! But my skills would definitely put me in the 'goon' category. :D
