It's been too long since my last post. I may write more on the Olympics, skiing, snowboarding, Manning Park, religion and the housing market in Vancouver later, but for now, just this is occupying my mind: My friends Kim and Sylvain's baby daughter Dominique has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a type of cancer that forms in the sympathetic nervous system in children. My heart goes out to them in this difficult time.
